Beds were comfy and 2 doubl bed room seemed like 2 Queens. Bathroom a bit cramped but modern. Parking a mess, have to go to public garage and walk uphill 1/4 mile or so…Because of construction at property and the location, difficult to even drop bags. This place needs a valet badly. The onsite “bar” was like w cafeteria bu plenty of options nearby.

They should improve their service .

The first night because our flight was delayed,they just gave us a standard room to stay and there was no view .it’s totally different from what I saw from the pictures when I booked the room . This made us very unhappy, even though they changed the room for us next day, but I still want to complain that they should hold a room with a view for us since we paid the money is not the cheapest one.

Did not ask for a handicap room, but was given. We requested a normal room and never got any satisfaction. Significant construction outside the hotel and inside significant portions of the Hotel. Some of the normal services were shut down because of the construction . Limited dining, no common meeting space in lobby, etc..
