I booked one room (sleeps 3 persons a queen bed with a couch) as my 2 children that study at the local university came with us to the airport to see us off. We booked a room to wait for our flight and didn't plan on sleeping. After I checked in the man who checked me in rudely stopped me before I got on the elevator saying I can't have four individuals in a three person room due to fire code. I gave my kids my keys sent them to the room, booked another room, put my bags in the room and we all went downstairs to eat together at a table. I spent $200 on a room I didn't need to have supper (not in the room) with my 2 girls who came to the airport to see their parents off before they left back to the USA. Not to mention the money isn't the worst part hire staff that treat your Hilton rewards members and all individuals like they are welcomed guests rather than leave them considering which other hotel chain could better meet their needs. The was the worst hotel experience I've had in the last couple of years and we have been traveling a lot lately.

We were given the wheelchair accessible room so it was spacious. Clean. And the check in was easy. The airport and car rental place are close by but there’s no shuttle and it’s not fun walking when it’s cold and rainy while lugging around your luggage. The service was a bit rude and rushed. But it was pretty packed out. The rooms are temperature controlled so I was a bit cold but I just layered up.

The sofa bed was horrible to sleep on. It’s great that we had access to food 24/7 however, we would rather have no food than ordering a pizza for it to really undercooked. The breakfast buffet always took a while before replenishment.

I chose this location as it was within walking distance of the airport for my early morning flight home. It really was very convenient for that! The lobby was quite comfortable for the wait to check in and the food from the 24/7 menu was quite tasty. There was a little bit of confusion around the check in process, so I would suggest speaking with the front desk staff, who were very helpful and friendly, vs strictly using the Hilton app. The room and amenities were fantastic, and I was extremely comfortable for the brief time I used the space.
