We loved staying at the Grosvenor Gardens Hotel! Mrs. Chan was amazing, a delightful and welcoming host! We stayed in the lower family room and thoroughly enjoyed the location to the Haymarket station, pubs, restaurants and city attractions during our three days there. The location especially was nice because it was safe and quiet at night. The included breakfast was a huge plus and her prompt responses to our questions were helpful. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Edinburgh.

Great location in quiet area near Haymarket station with easy access to airport trams and 20 to 30 minute walk into town. Basic room in basic guest house in a small older property. Nice breakfast. Seems a little expensive but this is Edinburgh I guess.

This is a quaint, older building similar to all of the neighborhood. Mrs. Chan keeps the place spotless. She provides an excellent breakfast. Beautiful rooms. Breakfast is served in the basement dining room. Hot to order! The Inn is only 1 short block to the Haymarket station with pubs and restaurants close to there.

Super lovely host and amazing breakfast that came with the room! I really loved the hot breakfast options. The room was really clean and cozy, I even heard birds chirping outside. Great location and comfy bed. Would definitely stay again! Oh and you get to have breakfast in a really cute dining room. Close to cafés and restaurants (can recommend the pho at the Vietnamese café). Nice neighborhood. Thanks again :)

Just outside of the heart of Edinburgh. All of the main attractions were within walking distance or bus/tram options were just down the street. Easy to get to from the airport via tram and a very short walk to the hotel. Staff were very helpful and very nice. Even made us a to go meal when we left before breakfast was served. Breakfast was big and filling. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this place! Great location in Haymarket, hotel run by a very friendly lady, every room was different and nice. You could choose between hot and cold breakfast which was nice. Also, when we needed to leave early the last morning, we could order breakfast to be delivered before the breakfast room opened. Very nice!!

This is just what we needed for 3 nights at the end of our 2 weeks driving around Scotland. We walked to the Royal Mike every day and toured Edinburgh. The castle, the Greyfairs cemetery, pubs etc. It’s very walkable. Loved the location. Super quiet!
