I would not stay here again. The main issue was that the apartment was on the third floor with no lift, which was not made clear to me before I booked. I was almost seven months pregnant and travelled with my mother, who has arthritis. The stairs significantly affected our stay. I tried to minimise repeated trips up and down, while my parents stayed inside for much of the time because the stairs were difficult for my mother. Had this been disclosed before booking, I would have chosen another property.
After payment, we were also given additional requirements for guest registration and visitor approval, with threats about cancellation for non-compliance. This was far more restrictive than the standard rules shown before booking and caused unnecessary stress before arrival.
We were told shortly before check-in that there was no Wi-Fi. Communication was also inconsistent: I was invited to enquire about early check-in, but when I did, I was told it was not available.
The property served its basic purpose, but the overall experience was stressful and restrictive. If you are pregnant, elderly, have mobility difficulties, or do not want to carry luggage up several flights of stairs, confirm the floor and lift access before booking.
