Great place to stay! The room was easy to check into with staff at the desk 24 hours, clean, comfortable, and spacious compared to other places we stayed in Scotland. Extra bonus was the washer/dryer which was a welcome surprise for us since we were traveling for a week at that point. The location is great with an easy walk to sites. Would recommend!

The location was perfect… close to coffee shops and restaurants, easy walking distance to the tram and airport transportation. The front desk staff were always so kind and helpful. The amenities in the room were plentiful and clean. Should be rated with higher stars and have more reviews as this was the best place to stay for our week in Edinburgh. Will come back again!

Very lovely place, well kept very clean. Loved that it had a washer/dryer. The only thing I was disappointed in was that we asked for clean towels after 3 days and they said it would be 12 pounds for clean towels. With the price of the room, you would think one towel change for a 6 day stay wouldn’t come with a charge

Great location. Everything was great up until the last night when we had no hot water and could not take a shower nor wash our faces 😞 Do not expect to have cleaners every day. You can request clean towels and anything you need at the 24 hr. Reception 😀
