The best accommodations that is close to all sites

Our experience with booking and communication when arriving was top notch. Our stay was close to everything and many restaurants and pubs to choose from. When I come back I’ll stay here again!

The location is fantastic! The castle view cannot be beat. Everything is within walking distance. Having Tesco next door is beyond convenient. The flat itself was super clean & just perfect for the two of us. Having said that the windows could use a cleaning & other comments about the homeless (only 1 guy) are true but he didn’t bother us & isn’t always around. There is often some litter around the front door but usually cleaned up during the day. None of it bothered us, it’s part of living in a big, old city. I do feel a ceiling fan would be a great addition as the flat did often feel stuffy & for safety I’m sure-the windows only open maybe 2-3”. Would definitely stay there again & I do highly recommend the property.

Excellent location in New Town area. Beautiful views. Easy access to various transportation (train, tram, bus, can). Very walkable area. Rose St right there, full of pubs/restaurants.The flat has everything you need. (Just know there is no AC, but there is a fan. There's a washing machine, but couldn't get dryer function to work or the device didn't have it included in the all-in-one function) Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing flat including great amenities and perfect location. Only downside is the significant noise from the street. No fault of the agency but zero soundproofing so definitely bring earplugs. Other than that, I highly recommend and would stay there again.

Good view of castle from flat. There is no elevator . Parking an easy walk but through a busy area. Great pubs and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately there is a food store at geound level that drew the homeless and trash.

Property management was quick in helping us with a parking problem. Every hotel is in the same situation as there's only free parking at a church. Otherwise you have to pay €10 a day between eight and 6 o'clock. But the area was great and we had a fun time.

Great location, close to everything you need

Our family came from London to visit Edinburgh. We loved it. Our stay was great. The only downside is that there isnt a lift. So we had to carry up things and down the stairs, including my 16 month old son and his big stroller. Other than that, its a great place to stay!! Super clean and pretty updated.
