Wonderful trip in Edinburgh

Really Nice place. A Little bit far from the city center but it’s not an issue since it’s well deserved by bus. Beds are great and hosts are really nice.

Property on whole was nice and great location. Good bus routes to airport and city and beyond… Few things could have been better, room could have been cleaned more throughly, could do with drinking glasses in room. Unfortunately some towels had stains on and we had to get them changed. The water pressure and temperature in our shower wasn't the best but it was functional. The one thing that would put us off of staying again was the underlying smell of old fried oil throughout the whole place For that reason we didnt eat at the property. The staff were helpful and lovely

Quaint and clean with courteous Staff

Quaint, clean and reasonably priced on the bus line to the Center of Edinburgh . The staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful. Beds were uncomfortable. Furniture in the lounge area could use a refresh-but overall a lovely place to stay with the local shops offering choices for breakfast and lunch.
