Exceptional location and accommodations. The room was excellent and situated perfectly for exploring. Being adjacent to the Palace of Holyroodhouse and a short walk from Holyrood Park makes this an ideal base for a family stay. Highly recommended for its proximity to key historic sites.

Excellent location by Hollyrood Palace. Well equipped kitchen. Larger bathroom than most of our lodgings. Although space was limited for 3 people, it worked. Two of us used a large bathtub in a room adjacent to the bathroom to organize luggage. Excellent king bed.

Charming place, right outside the Holyrood Palace. Clean and modern, no lift had to carry luggage up 3 flight of stairs. The building fire alarm is very sensitive. Close to Tesco express.

The unique property really is excellent. Very old but with updated amenities. The garden behind property is beautiful. The only big problem was very poor wifi (like brutal) and connectivity using your own data plan. Loved the property but likely wouldn’t stay there again as it was just far too difficult to access online resources etc

Fantastic location-abutting Holyrood Palace , overlooking the Parliament & at the bottom of the Royal Mile. Oh & views of Arthur’s seat - what more could you want. Comfortable accommodation, not cheap and not quite the same as it was in its previous re incarnation. Very warm in the hot weather - uncomfortably warm especially at night with no measures like fans etc to alleviate. To nit pick - our bathroom had no lit mirrors and was dark as well as smelling a bit damp, the bin was broken (but usable) and the door to the street didn’t lock after you went through it - frequently unlocked. I nit pick because of the cost - it was a treat for us for our daughters graduation & was an experience for an overseas relative.

Everything about this hotel/apartment was perfect. I would highly recommend this place, especially for families. The only suggestion I have is for better communication to get the codes for the rooms. I had to call on my way to the hotel and I was helped out by a person from a different hotel. I was told they messaged me in What’s App but I don’t have What’s App so I never received the codes to our rooms which was a little stressful. Other than that, the stay was absolutely perfect and the location was perfect. I am in love with the apartment and can’t wait to come back!
