Location is excellent. The room we had was 5 it is on the front of building which has a lot of street noise especially weekend nights Seemed to be a waste pipe from upper rooms so every time someone upstairs flushed or ran a tap the water flowing was heard loudly in bedroom

We were met with a very friendly concierge who was on site everyday and helped with every need we had (we didn't have many) The room was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable The location of the apartment building was brilliant for us to take in the ambience of Edinburgh while providing a safe and quiet area for relaxation and sleep

The apartment was well presented & clean, the receptionist is very helpful in allowing us to store our bags. Unfortunately our stay was spoilt a bit by an air conditioning unit in the bedroom which would make a loud grinding sound at times even when turned off & in the apartment there was the constant sound of a boiler somewhere which woke us up a fair few times unfortunately alongside the bed not being all that comfortable.

Room even nicer than expected and very comfortable, amenities appreciated, and everything you need. Washer/dryer guide is under the sink. I would recommend this to anyone. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and ample space.

Stayed here with husband for 2 nights.Sptless apartment, lhandy location for everything (shopping, sightt seeing, bars/restaurants ), comfy bed, great shower and absolutely gorgeous toiletries (temple spa) . Quiet building so will definitely return.

A very well equipped apartment. We stayed as a couple in the studio on the top floor and had glimpses of the sea looking north. I would highly recommend it for the location, very central for all the attractions and it is within reasy reach of multiple bars and restaurants. On the negative side, it is surrounded by dumsters at the back and the street had lots of litter, so not the prettiest of positions from that perspective. The bed wasn't a king size which was a little surprising for a 4 star rating, also it felt a little stark. A few more pictures/ Wall hangings would give more of a 4 star vibe.
