What a lovely guest house! Couldn’t have asked for more. Rooms were immaculate, bright and light! The location was perfect and the price fantastic. We stayed on the Easter weekend and everywhere was a fortune and this place saved the day. It’s only a two minute walk to leith walk, with shops and restaurants and bars. Then another 5-10 minutes walk up to princes street, if you can’t walk that the trams stop all the way along. This is an ideal place to stay for exploring Edinburgh. We will definitely be back!

The room was great for our family of 5. The room was nice and warm for our arrival and was in a fantastic location for getting the tram/buses. Plenty of eating places nearby. Would highly recommend to any families wanting to stay somewhere central.

The self check-in was really easy. However, I did not see any employee dying my stay. For the cleanliness of the room, the floor was kind of dirty. I could see crumbs that weren’t mine, which is pretty disgusting. Plus, my bed was not made well at all, it looks like it was done in a hurry. On the positive side, it was very calm and I slept well.
