Room wasn’t very clean, splatters on the bathroom wall of what, I’m not sure. There were no bed bug protector mattress covers, which I thought was standard in 2025. The pool was over-chlorinated it seemed. (Girls were burning when peeing afterwards) For the ratings and price, I just expected something more updated and upkept. Wallpaper, sconces, carpet, tile, all looking like needing repair, replace. Beds were FIRM, pillows were soft and/or lumpy.
Why didn’t I make a complaint, you wonder? Because it wasn’t THAT bad. Also, after I mentioned I was given the wrong room, it was blamed on Expedia. So, why would they care about anything else? Evening staff welcomed us in nicely. Everyone else seemed miserable or unapproachable.
