This newly updated two bed, two bath home is ideal for getting away and enjoying the intracoastal. With three porches, a large driveway and access to the community pier, boat launch and two pools (one heated) you've found your retreat.

There is also an available boat slip and lift for a small nightly fee in the marina, as well as free secure gated parking for your oversized trailer.

Bring your boat, kayaks, motorcycles or other toys. Terra Mar is all about fun!

Take walks though the neighborhood and see our wildlife- dolphins, manatee, storks, osprey, heron, egrets and gopher turtles are everywhere.

Watch the rocket launches while you fish from the large community pier or launch your boat from our uncrowded community ramp.
