This rare and beautiful home will put you at ease as you sit out on the large private dock, smell the salt water and enjoy the near constant breeze. Watch the endless parade of dolphins and yachts in the large screened in porch.

Bring you kayaks or boat! Launch your kayaks directly from the dock, or your boat from the private community boat launch which is just steps away. Feel free to keep your boat at the dock for the next day!

This home is about 1500 sq ft and has two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom with private bath has a king bed with a new comfy mattress. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and a connected full bath as well.

The home is adequately stocked and has all major appliances. Bring nothing but your clothes, groceries and something to cook out on the propane grill with.

The community is quiet and consists of mostly retired people year round and snowbirds in the winter. There are two community pools, a community boat launch, pickle ball and a large community pier.

Do to HOA restrictions, there is a 25 lbs dog size limit. We currently have a total adult guest total of two. Up to two children are also welcome, but keep in mind this property may not suitable for small children due to its proximity to the water. There are no gates that prevent toddlers from falling into the waterway.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.
Enjoy recreational amenities such as an outdoor pool and a hot tub.
Guests will find features like internet access and onsite parking.
