Welcome to Greers Ferry Lake where you will experience breathtaking lake views from the 2 level deck, and endless water adventures at this charming waterfront cabin. With direct access to Greers Ferry Lake, this cozy cabin offers the perfect place for swimming, boating, kayaking, and more. When you’re not lounging on the private beach, tee off at the Indian Hills Golf Course or hit the Fairfield Bay ATV Trails. Bring your boat, we have room to park your trailer.
There are 2 bedrooms on the main level. The master has an ensuite bathroom ad a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bedroom and a full bath down the hall. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook a meal. Down stairs is a second living room with a sofabed. The other bedroom downstairs has a king bed and a twin over queen bunk. There is a full bath and a half bath downstairs with full laundry available,

You may beach or tie off your boat over night so that you dont have to pull it out of the water

Not what we expected

The house is beautiful on the outside, great location, great space plenty of bathrooms but the house was nasty. I had to clean before we even could unpack. The deck was very dirty and the railing was broken and dangerous.

Treehouse in the Woods, Amazing Views

The house is tucked away in the woods and all the windows provide amazing views of the lake and the woods around you. The steep driveway is not for the faint of the heart, but you get used to it! The porches provide the perfect place to view the lake. It was great having bedrooms upstairs and downstairs for space to spread out. The kitchen is small but well equipped. We loved the lake access and went swimming everyday. The hike down and up is steep with lots of loose rocks but worth it! May not be ideal for toddlers or older seniors but we were between 18-50 and managed fine.

Just a heads up.

The railing on porch was wobbly. The ceiling over the bunk beds needs fixing. Not a good place to rent for little kids. The kitchen floors was not mopped. Could have been alittle cleaner. And did not like the back yard at all to steep a rocky.
