This is a great, walkable house that accommodates 5-6 people well, with two "overflow" twin beds at the top of the stairs in a loft area. Communication with the host was clear and fast. We took advantage of the game closet, playing games most nights in the very large living room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, or you can walk to several nearby restaurants or grab-and-go stores. The bicycle shop was also close by. The walk into Edgartown is just a bit farther - but doable in comfortable shoes. The Host was very clear, friendly, and responsive in terms of communication. We would rent here again! Things to note:This house is most suitable for a family, as the accommodations are very disproportionate in terms of size. All bedrooms are upstairs. The Primary Bedroom is huge and has a very large bathroom with bathtub separate from the shower and double sinks etc. The other two upstairs bedrooms (plus the loft area if you use those beds) share a tiny bathroom with a tub/shower combo and small sink area. There is a third full bathroom downstairs, just not convenient to the bedrooms. The house has a lot of elevation changes upstairs and downstairs, so was a bit tricky for my 94-year old mom to navigate.
