Sleep ruined by constant banging and opening of door rooms and young men talking loudly and going into each others there rooms . They need to have a night manager as I eventually lost my temper at 11.30 Pm on a Monday night . Walls were also very thin . I do not recommend the place

I've stayed here before....very convenient location with several food options nearby. Clean, neat, but no air conditioning. It was quite warm outside and no fan. That said, they take late night reservationvd which I appreciated.

L'hotelier nous a laissé dans la rue, ne nous a pas prévenu que sont automate ne marchait pas , et à 1h le numero d'astreinte personne n'a répondu! nous avons du dormir dans la voiture!! REMBOURSEMENT§!!!!!!!!! une Honte ce truc!!

Comme j'ai Ă©tĂ© sur la route et proche de Besançon, j'ai rĂ©servĂ© et payĂ© une nuit d’hĂŽtel IBIS budget pour moi , ma femme et notre fille de 11 ans. En arrivant Ă  l’hĂŽtel il n’ y avait personne Ă  la rĂ©ception. Je n'ai reçu le code d'accĂšs qu'une heure aprĂšs ma rĂ©servation. Comme il n'y avait personne Ă  la rĂ©ception la machine d'enregistrement m'a refusĂ© l'accĂšs car l’hĂŽtel n'a pas validĂ© ma rĂ©servation. L'appareil me demandait de m'adresser Ă  la rĂ©ception sauf qu'il n'y avait personne. Une pancarte indique un numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone mobile d’urgence qui ne rĂ©pondait jamais. AprĂšs une vingtaine d’appel et de sms une personne a Ă©teint le tĂ©lĂ©phone. Idem pour le numĂ©ro surtaxĂ© de l’hĂŽtel. AprĂšs 3h de galĂšre dont 2,5h de tĂ©lĂ©phone avec plusieurs Ibis de Besançon et le site hotels.com aux USA j’ai fini par aller dormir dans ma voiture vers 3h du matin. Au rĂ©veille je suis allĂ© voir le responsable de l’hĂŽtel qui m’a informĂ© avec lĂ©gĂšretĂ© que le rĂ©ceptionniste s'est trompĂ© en affichant le numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone d’un autre collĂšgue. Il ne nous a mĂȘme pas proposĂ© d’aller prendre une douche ou nous reposer dans une chambre. A la limite un petit dĂ©jeuner comme consolation. Je ne recommande pas cet hĂŽtel. C’est Ă  fuir.

Wir konnten nicht ĂŒbernachten, das Zimmer hat nach chemischen Reinigungsmitteln stark gestunken. Der Rezeptionist war sehr unhöflich und aggressiv als wir um ein anderes Zimmer baten. Wir hatten bisher die Kosten nicht erstattet bekommen.
