Welcome to Black Pearl, a modern year-round seaside retreat in Åland, with excellent fishing water and within comfortable walking distance to a lovely golf course.
Just 75 meters from the shore, this private, west-facing guesthouse overlooks the water and enjoys evening sunshine late into the warm summer nights. Newly renovated and fully winterized, the cottage sits in a peaceful, elevated position, offering privacy, shelter from the winds and beautiful sea views.
Two bedrooms sleep four, with an extra bed available on request. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and a full range of utensils.
The generous sea-facing terrace has an outdoor kitchen and ample seating for shared meals, relaxed afternoons and long summer evenings by the water.
For anglers and guests arriving by boat, our spacious private marina offers deep water and good shelter from hard weather, making it ideal for trolling boats, sailing yachts and larger motorboats. The Marina facilities includes fresh water, 1x16A shore power for each mooring berth, as well as access to a dedicated fish cleaning station.
A small rowing boat and basic fishing equipment are available for a nominal fee. The same goes for EV- and e-bike charging which is available for a symbolic fee via a 3 × 25 A CEE three-phase socket in the parking area, right beside the stair up to the terrasse. Please bring a compatible portable charger with the appropriate connections for your vehicle.
Guests can at any time book our private wood-fired sauna and lounge area in the boathouse. Otherwise used only by our family, both the sauna and relaxation area are exclusively yours during your booked session.
