This luxury chalet is located in the middle of the beautiful mountain landscape of the Pongau region centrally in Salzburgerland. It is about 8 minutes by car from Flachau. In the basement is a private cinema with cinema seats and king-size 85 screen and ski storage. On the 1st floor is a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The car park is accessible from the inside and there are lovely views of the mountain landscape from the terrace

With hundreds of kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes and modern ski facilities, the Pongau region offers the ultimate Alpine experience. The ski areas Spacejet 1 Flachau, Snow Space Salzburg, Monte Popolo in Eben, Zauchensee and Altenmarkt-Radstadt, part of Ski Amadé, can be reached in about 10 minutes from the chalet. Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and après-ski are also excellent options in this region. The Pongau region is a magical destination for ski fanatics and winter lovers in winter. After skiing, relax at the Erlebnis-Therme Amadé in Altenmarkt (approx. 6.5 km).
