The Davis Historic Home

The Davis apartment is the unit located on the right side of the building as you are facing it. It is within one mile of Downtown Eau Claire's shops, restaurants, and bars. It's also a 10 minute drive to the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 5 minute drive to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. This apartment is currently under renovations and will be full of character and amenities including a small concrete patio with a dedicated grill.

This property has a long history and we were determined to keep that history while updating towards a more modern, welcoming look. Constructed in 1881 during the waning years of logging in Eau Claire, the house features a gable front and wing façade and wood frame, characteristic of Folk Victorian architecture. The house maintains its original wood siding and windows, as well as its original decorative porch.

With updated amenities guests will feel right at home. During the summer guests can enjoy a beautiful patio and short walks to local parks.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned apartment, which features a microwave. There's a private balcony or patio. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a sofa bed, and housekeeping is provided on request.
