Victor was an "all purpose" hotel manager. He was always available, always courteous and helpful. In order that I have a room on the first floor, it had to be one with a whirlpool bath. I had no need nor desire for it, and would have preferred having a comfortable chair for reading. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.
