The staff was amazing! So helpful. The room and hotel were very clean. The short 2 minute walk to the lake was perfect and the same cities down by the lake were great for relaxing and enjoying the view. I will definitely stay there again.

The lakeside location and the quietness was the best. Nice breakfast and great-room adjacent to pool. All very relaxing. If I ever have business through there again I'm definitely staying there. Staff were all super nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the lodge. The only complaint we had is that our room was changed and the staff told us it was an upgrade however it went from being a two room suite to a one room that was a little disappointing as we had small children and needed the extra space so maybe the listing needs to be more clear.

Lodge on Lake Oconee is an older building, (maybe a former chain hotel), the mechanical is aged, tub/shower is old, though hot water was great! Mattress was soft, and furniture was adequate. TV is digital/ satellite based, hard to navigate. Included breakfast was great, both hot & cold options. Parking is adequate.

This is a very nice accommodation right on the lake. Not super luxurious but very comfortable. They had a moderately good breakfast in the morning. The staff was all very friendly, and helpful. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The pool was nice. They got rid of the hot tub for some reason. They have a nice little area down by the lake with Adirondack chairs. Probably the best feature is that there’s a great Italian restaurant next-door with indoor and outdoor seating also right on the lake, but with an even better view than the hotel. We would definitely stay there again unless we decided to bite the bullet and pay the big bucks for the Ritz.
