We are 20 minutes from GA College and GMC!

**Bedroom Configuration:** Downstairs bedroom sleeps 2, upstairs loft sleeps 4 (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds) In the loft there is a TV & mini fridge.
**Amenities:** Private dock, fishing, kayak, paddle boat, fire pit, outdoor dining, fully equipped kitchen, hammock, board games, amazing views and more!
The cozy downstairs bedroom comfortably sleeps 2, while the spacious upstairs loft accommodates an additional 4 guests with one queen bed and 2 twin beds. The rustic unique charm of the interior is complemented by modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all.
Outdoors, guests can partake in a variety of activities, from fishing off the private dock to paddling across the tranquil waters in the provided kayak or paddle boat. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit for storytelling and stargazing, or savor a delightful al fresco meal at the outdoor dining area. The dock water depth is 2ft-4ft depending on water levels. We cannot control the depth of the lake.

Guest Access:
Guests access the entire house. Guests do not have access to the She Shed. This is used for our supply room.

Getting Around:
This property is a 20 minute drive to GMC & GCSU. We are approximately 60 miles from the PGA Masters Tour in Augusta. Milledgeville & Greensboro, GA offer various dining options, entertainment, and activities for all ages. There is a Walmart in Eatonton near 15 minutes away and a Kroger in Milledgeville approx. 20 minutes away from the property. Twin Bridges Marina is a 5 minute drive from the property.
Other Things to Note:
Enjoy outdoor cooking with the charcoal grill (be sure to bring your own charcoal)
