This three bedroom home in the Great Waters community at Reynolds Lake Oconee offers access to one of the most complete amenity packages available within the gates, including a resort style lakeside pool, tennis courts, shared docks, walking paths, marina access, and a beach area along the water.
The home is designed for comfortable stays with a layout that works well for couples and families. Two bedrooms feature king beds, while a third bedroom includes twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, and all beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses and luxury bedding. Bathrooms are well positioned to support privacy and convenience during group stays.
The main living spaces have been updated with modern furnishings and a clean, functional layout. The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday use, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease during both short and extended stays.
Outdoor living centers around the screened porch, where seating and dining areas overlook both the golf course and the surrounding lake landscape. A propane grill is available with fuel provided, making it easy to cook and dine without leaving the property.
The Great Waters setting is quiet, gated, and well maintained, creating an environment where it is easy to relax with family. At the same time, the home is located near Lake Oconee restaurants, marina access, grocery stores, and local services, allowing guests to move easily between time at the house and time around the lake.

We do monitor our house with our outside cameras.

You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept.

Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.

Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.
