You’ll love the quiet, private cove and the easy flat walk to the brand new dock, which also has a lift for your pontoon boat. ** The Lake Sinclair water drawdown is October 25-December 1. Please note there are no boats or swimming during this time.**
Whether you’re looking for active fun or peace and serenity (or both!) this is the perfect place. Relax on the patio overlooking the lake, fire up the grill for hamburgers and hotdogs, fish off your own dock, or go swimming and kayaking on beautiful Lake Sinclair. A shady gazebo invites restful repose, and a fire pit keeps the fun going in the evening.

Just around the corner from Twin Bridges Landing, where you can pick up essentials and launch your boat, and a 12-minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Only 20 minutes from downtown Milledgeville, 75 minutes from Athens, 90 minutes from Atlanta, and under 2 hours from Augusta.
The house sleeps eight people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, two additional bedrooms have queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed that’s perfect for the kids!
