The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels and start a load in the washer. Clear out leftover food and start the dishwasher. Pick up all pet mess: no pee or poop inside or in the yard. Bag and toss all pet waste!
Bag all trash and place it in the bin to the right of the mailbox. Ensure the grill and fire pit are fully extinguished, and secure kayaks, paddles, and life jackets.
Set the thermostat to [75°F], turn off all lights, and lock windows and doors. Press the lock button on the keypad when you leave and send us a message! Safe travels!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Leashed, vaccinated, and well-behaved pets are welcome. Guests handle all cleanup, damage, and must ensure flea/tick prevention. See full pet policy.
Strict Putnam noise ordinance - no loud parties. Lake/dock use (floats, toys, furniture) is strictly at your own risk. Be courteous to neighbors.

Our family had a great experience with our stay at this location! Setup was perfect for our family pet (great fenced in backyard).House was very clean/as described and the downstairs basement area being setup with games and a nice TV was a hit for our boys for late afternoon hanging out/activities.Hosts were very attentive and kind. Could not think of anything that would have made this a better place to stay for our family!

We had a wonderful two-night stay with our family. The small cabin was exactly as presented on the website, with no unpleasant surprises. What impressed us most was how well maintained everything was, the modern appliances, and how thoughtfully the cabin was stocked with kitchen essentials, towels, linens, kayaks with paddles, a flat-bottom boat with an electric motor (we didn't have time to try the boat, only the kayaks), and even functional fishing poles. We brought our own fishing gear and ended up catching several nice-sized catfish (hot dogs worked perfectly!). Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Kudos to the owners for providing such a comfortable and well-equipped place; we would happily stay here again.

This is such a cute property. Easy walk to water and dock. Perfect place for get away for small family and on a peaceful side of the lake! I appreciated the responsiveness to our needs while we were there.

We wanted a relaxing weekend and it was perfect. The home is right on the water. Sunset each evening was amazing. The host was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well supplied. Great place to stay.

Fantastic Lake Vacation!

This was a mother/daughter getaway. The location of this property is amazing and even better than pictured. The house was super clean, had everything we needed and we felt safe and comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch enjoying the lake view with our morning coffee and spent the days floating on the lake with the provided inner tubes. I was concerned about the stairs as my mom is 80 and just had a knee replacement but she said they were great and not steep at all for either of us. We had my mom’s little dog with us and the yard is fenced in on the front and sides of the property which is a great bonus! This part of the lake is beautiful and the water was warm and refreshing. The owner was extremely nice and communicative answering any questions quickly. I’d definitely return for another stay! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean, cozy, and relaxing. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The private dock was wonderful - chairs, floats, and kayaks were available on site. We also had fun playing ping pong and darts!!
