Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Beyond Unacceptable
This place should be condemned, not rented. It’s hands-down the worst place I’ve ever rented.
Let’s start with the structural chaos:
*The foundation is visibly sinking on both sides
*Cracks are visible throughout the flooring
*Cabinet doors broken, half the windows & screens are broken
Now the hygiene horror show:
*The comforter has a suspicious yellow stain.
*Coffee filter Moldy. Brita Filthy. Pots and pans Torched or scratched
*The oven belched smoke
*The vacuum is just a fur-caked box of dust redistribution.
*Dead flies were found floating in the toilet and stuffed inside the bathroom light sconces.
*There are also rodents living under the deck
Let’s not forget the ambience:
*The “peaceful location” is directly adjacent to I90 and an active train line— horns included.
*The backyard looks like a jungle
*The “river” is only 2"
Finally, the amenities that lie:
*The WiFi U/N & P/W were wrong
*Fridge(s) broken
*walls are scratched, holes, etc
This isn’t just a case of poor upkeep—it’s total misrepresentation.
