We had to go to the front desk twice during our stay to request fresh wash cloths. When Housekeeping showed up on day 2 we asked them to come back in 1 hour. We returned later that night to find our room just as we left it with trash cans full and no fresh towels or washcloths. I've stayed here several times in the past with no issues so I'm chalking this up to an isolated personnel issue.

The breakfast was limited and mostly overdone. However, the staff was wonderful, the hotel quiet, and was a perfect stop for us. It’s our driving goal on Day 1 now from Alabama to Fort Bliss.

The room was extremely disgusting mold all on the ceiling of the bathroom, toilet would stop flushing, carpet had an ungodly amount of stains, and the walls were damaged and stained as well. Half the lamps in the room didn’t work and AC unit was disgusting

There were dead bugs on the bathroom floor and dirt caked up in the corners. There was a recliner in our room with cracked leather and the bed has a plastic covering, which made it annoying to sleep on. There was water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom and the side of the wall by the shower. The smell was awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. So gross.
