My family has been staying at this hotel for decades, ever since it opened. However the property is definitely showing its age, and many parts of it need an overhaul. The room felt tired and frankly a little dirty. The sink was cracked and parts of one wall were crumbling. Behind the bed was a lot of dust and grime build up. One big negative was the condition of the towels and sheets. They were uniformly very dingy looking, but on top of that, multiple of my towels were heavily stained with what looked like make up or maybe clay dirt. I don't doubt that they had been through the laundry, but they needed extra cleaning or should have been tossed out instead of folded and put into the room. The breakfast is standard for a motel and felt bare minimum. The front desk staff was kind and pleasant during every interaction.

Dirty and dingy floors. Sheets and pillow cases obviously not washed thoroughly. Towels have that gym smell. Definitely not a premier La Quinta. I seem to get burned by their inflated reviews too often. And what’s up with no continuous fan on the AC? And barely Luke warm water. I see why it’s dead here.

The facility seems years from a physical update. Our bed was comfortable and the microwave worked. But the frig freezer did not refreeze our icepacks for our cooler overnight. The toilet needed repeated flushes and the shower tile, floor, and door were not as clean as were used to. The freebreakfast was quite sparse.

It's an older hotel and it is due some renovation. The carpet shows stains the furniture shows years of use. Staff was pleasant. The cost of room per night is not justified for what you get.

Room was absolutely disgusting. Picture furnishings are accurate- fast forward 10 years. Bathroom has mold all over it. Got towels and washcloths that had clearly been stained with... something. Couch was shredded with pieces of the chair hanging off. Carpets horribly stained. Desk drawer has ashes or something inside. Needs a coat of paint terrible. terrified to event take a shower it was soo bad. 0/10- would NOT recommend

Reservation and check in was such an easy process. It literally took two minutes from the time I walked in and completed check in. The staff was extremely sweet. The room was very spacious, clean, quiet, and comfy. Highly recommend.

We had to go to the front desk twice during our stay to request fresh wash cloths. When Housekeeping showed up on day 2 we asked them to come back in 1 hour. We returned later that night to find our room just as we left it with trash cans full and no fresh towels or washcloths. I've stayed here several times in the past with no issues so I'm chalking this up to an isolated personnel issue.
