Location is amazing. Property was clean just one advise to staff they should really allow guest to keep luggage and not upset them over they don't have space etc. as over all experience was really really good just on last min when checking out I had to really convince staff to keep my bags.

Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. No bar or breakfast while we were there but we would go to the glass house for brunch and that was great. The exterior of the building needs to be invested in to improve the look of the building

The room was quite bad, severely stained carpet and yellow all over the washroom floor, an old dirty drawn on office chair that looked like someone dragged it in off the street. It’s a shame because the hotel looks like it could have been really nice if maintained better. The plus sides were the staff were very nice and the location right by the beachfront.
