The stay was good.Unfortunately by mistake I booked a second room which I was not aware of until arrival.Sreve, the member of staff on duty was very helpful and said he would advise the booking agent and obtain a refund if applicable. No refund has been forthcoming and clearly this will have a bearing on any future bookings.A shame really!
