Turn off all electronics. Close and lock all windows, doors. Summer months turn off AC/Winter months set heat to 55 for baseboards and Carrier units to 63.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The cabin was lovely—just what we needed for a quiet escape! We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, walks by the stream, and a twilight visit from a doe and her two young ones! We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in the Poconos! The location right on the stream was absolutely perfect—so peaceful and relaxing, with the sound of the water flowing in the background. We loved being able to fish just steps from the cabin, and the setting felt both private and scenic. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for our getaway. Whether sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning or winding down on the deck at night, it was the perfect escape. We can’t wait to come back!
