Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
These people that run this business canceled our stay the day of and never gave us our money back. All we got was an apology and advised us to cancel it even though it was non refundable cancel if it was done on our end. The owner needed to cancel and return our money back as any normal business would that overbooked
