The staff here were very friendly and kind. Outdoor area is pleasant for sitting and reading or enjoying a meal. Back deck was a bonus. Fresh design inside… outdoors could use some maintenance… in particular the pool.

This was the cleanest hotel room I've stayed in in eons! Though the property itself shows some age the room had clearly been renovated recently and is extremely well maintained. Great water pressure in the shower as well. Would happily stay here again.

I really love this place. I go to the cape every year and I always stay here!! The property is beautiful and very close to beaches and lovely restaurants with gorgeous scenery. On the property they have a pool during season and a lovely duck pond that I love to go sit near. The staff are wonderful people and the rooms are absolutely fantastic, some rooms have a deck as well which is always nice and the rooms come with Ac which is always nice during the hot summer seasons

The outside looks a little outdated as stated but the inside was very modern. The room was spacious, large mini fridge and shower. Friendly staff, quiet location. It was easy to get everywhere we needed to. There were a few water bugs I found in the room but it was very damp in the area when I there. The two things I would suggest is dehumidifiers for the rooms and access to use your own netflix, etc. on the tvs because you couldn’t access them without the tv being online.

The room had been renovated but needs air circulation (more than A/C). It’s very damp - Has to eliminate a few earwigs and spider webs. The bed was comfortable but one nightstand was broken. Attached deck needs refinishing plus very weathered plastic furniture. Won’t stay again.

Room was great, remodeled inside however property was not up kept what so ever. Lawn over grown, parking lot dirty, walk out deck needed work, small pond needs work and livable conditions for the animals kept inside. Room was great, outside left a lot to be desired.
