I contacted the property and he suggest I contact you to get ahold of their financial team for a refund. Manager Lupe Colon at woodspring suites in East Lansing , Mi. Was my contact. One of the queen beds in my double queen booking obviously was not stripped and new linens applied, there was mucus and drool on the fitted sheet at the headboard. Lack of front desk staff after 10pm made it impossible for any kind of support or satisfactory customer service. Lupe Colon said it was ok to put his name in this request for refund and youcan reach out to him. Thank You.
As early as 10pm this was my only means to check in, no customer service. Paper not loaded in kiosk so no receipt issued.
What appeared to be saliva and mucus, not just stains but actual matter.

Overall the hotel was fine. The cost was not a value. Clean and convenient for what we needed however because we arrived to check in “after hours” we had to do a “virtual” check in because they don’t have staff on site. The person who checked us in was pleasant and did her job however the internet connection was not good which made this process very difficult and frustrating which is what brings our overall rating for the facility down. Get to the facility during normal business hours or anticipate a frustrating check in process.

Smelled of Smoke!

The room smelled of smoke. We addressed it with the front desk and they said they would investigate but then they were gone the rest of our stay. We tried to tell the lady on the kiosk when we checked out but she couldn't hear us or help us. We asked her to email us the information she was trying to tell us but we never received anything. The kiosk was completely worthless since she couldn't hear us and we couldn't hear her. Our room smelled so bad it was stifling- all our clothes smelled. It was either coming through the vent in the bathroom or a neighboring room. Additionally the sheets didn't fit on the bed so throughout the night the corners came off repeatedly. In my opinion extended stay shouldn't rent to one or two night stays because there are no amenities - not even someone at the front desk to complain to. Theres a full kitchen but not one spoon or glass. No coffee. We weren't aware we'd have to bring something like that for a two night stay. The smoke smell was over the top for spending all that money it is very disappointing.

Looked modern on the outside, cameras all around and the nature outside. I did not appreciate the remote kiosk check in took more than 5-7 min could not hear somethings from the rep all that clear as the vestibule carried an echo, the room had a stink bug flying around, there were hair on the bathroom walls, also there was dry coffee on some areas of the kitchenette, the outlet to charge my device was a little shady where it was loose (next to the bed) - possibly safety situation, also there was some dry soap on the floor, and the window shades need a cleaning as well.

No Smoking means No smoking

This is a great place to stay but they say there is no smoking inside the facility only outside but you can tell people are smoking in there rooms cause the smell is bad. It is hard for people who has allergies, asthma or medical conditions.

Overpriced, not sure if orbitz is over charging. They had weekly rate of $450, orbitz charged me 550 for 3 days. No front desk. Check in kiosk is a joke, couldn’t check in when we got there. Had to come back later and try.

I had to have my room changed the first or second day because of the noise in the hall and from the room above me. Children running the halls and children stomping, running and moving chairs above me. I stayed 10 days and payed all monies up front. I found items left in the room before me. Towels were not readily available.. Ventilation was pour into he rooms. They stunk when you first enter. The walls are thin. I heard people having sex next door is why I moved to a new room horrible experience here. I would never stay here again. I will never go through Expedia either new room. . I hor
