The room was very clean and staff were very friendly. For us it was a different concept on hotel's stays. The room was kind of like on an Ikea concept. Smaller room than the usual hotel and no dressers (not a bad thing). Everything had it's place not a lot of clutter. Very clean and modern feel. I was surprised that it was connected to they Hyatt. You never really knew when you left the Marriott side and walked to the Hyatt side of the building. Great for our needs for just one night.

While we LOVED the staff and the ACH Lansing property was nice, we HATED having to book it through Expedia. We were there for a funeral and things were not settled when we booked. We needed to delete a night and the non empathy crooks at Excheatya would not let us change the booking. Thankfully, Paige at the property came through. SHE is wonderful.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I was impressed with the layout of our room, bathroom and shower are nice and roomy. The bar staff was nice, front desk girl very nice. The lady in the military room was rude. We ate dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel, it was ridiculously expensive. I would not recommend to anyone. Food was not great for the price. The lamb and beans dish?? Crazy expensive and not good. My pasta dish was ok and very small. There is no bread or salad served with the meal, and it should be. We should have just ate at the bar area. Other than the food, we were very satisfied with our stay.
