Very strong chemical smell in lobby. Very little amenities included. Charged for parking. Charged a deposit which I wasn’t expecting because it was my understanding that there would be no additional fees. The room was clean and comfortable. Poor customer service

No towels, water or coffee cups. Went downstairs to ask and was only provided with a few items indicating “low on stock”. Spoke to manage next day who said she’d offer a discount next stay and would email me with that information. Nothing received. Reached out to her twice via email (from business card provided) and still no response. Will not stay at this establishment again!
