Located 1/2 mile from East Hampton's favorites including Moby's, Bostwicks, and Carissa's , and local farmstands. Easy walk or bike ride to Ocean Beaches and towns of East Hampton and Amagansett. House has new furnishings and luxury bed/bath linens. TV all rooms, excellent WIFI service. Beautiful, lushly landscaped property, new gunite pool with childproof fence if needed, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, plenty of lounge seating and umbrellas. Garage loaded with bicycles, ebikes, beach umbrellas, chairs, kayak ,and SUP. Beautiful family friendly home with excellent ammenities in prime location.
