At the heart of the home is a spacious, light-filled living room with soaring 17-foot cathedral ceilings and oversized skylights. The room opens directly onto the expansive deck and pool, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.

A wood-burning fireplace makes the space equally inviting on cooler evenings. The home is furnished in a contemporary, design-forward style and features photography by Gray Malin and local surfer and artist Evan Conway. A 75-inch TV and whole-home sound system are also available for movie nights and music.

BEDROOMS
The home has four comfortable bedrooms, each with high-thread-count linens, down comforters and feather pillows. Clean lines and contemporary furnishings create a relaxed atmosphere throughout.

MEDIA ROOM
The lower level media room is made for movie nights and lazy afternoons, with a video projector, oversized screen and a generously sized Restoration Hardware Cloud sofa with plenty of room for everyone. It's a cozy retreat for both kids and adults, perfect for a movie after a day at the beach, pool or tennis court.

BATHROOMS
Bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and organic bath and body products.

POOL, TENNIS & OUTDOOR LIVING
The home's 2,500 sq ft of decking is designed for long days outdoors, with a heated pool, space for lounging and dining, and a large new gas BBQ.

The private tennis court is exclusively yours during your stay, with racquets and balls provided. You'll also find plenty of ways to play outdoors, including croquet, bocce, Frisbee, basketball and pool floats.

WORK FROM HOME
Ultra fast Wi-Fi extends throughout the property, with laptop friendly workspaces for guests who need to stay connected. premium Nespresso machine keeps the coffee close at hand.

FOR FAMILIES
Families with young children are very welcome. The home includes a cot, high chair, wooden toys, games and plenty of space to play both indoors and out.

LOCATION
For breakfast, groceries and picnic supplies, Round Swamp Farm, Citarella and Carissa's Bakery are all about a 7-minute drive away. East Hampton Village is approximately 8 minutes by car, while Sag Harbor is about 15 minutes away. For an easy beach day, Sammy's bay beach is 8 minutes away. For the ocean, head to East Hampton's Main Beach or Indian Wells Beach in Amagansett, both 15 minutes by car.
