Terrible Experience – Money Stolen & Zero Accountability - DONT EVER STAY HERE I stayed at the Best Western Rutgers Hotel and discovered after returning home that $75 USD had been stolen from my bag. I reported it to the hotel and was told someone would investigate and call me back. No one ever did. When I followed up myself, the front desk staff (Luke) dismissed my concern, implied I’d “left the money somewhere else,” and told me to file a police report , even after I explained I’m not a U.S. resident. No transparency, no investigation shared, no accountability. I’ve stayed at hotels around the world and have never experienced theft or such unprofessional, defensive customer service. This was my first time staying at a Best Western and likely my last.

On way to Macy’s parade. We have stayed here multiple times. My room was paid for in advance. I forgot my drivers license because I switched purses. The lady made a big deal out of it. If I had been traveling alone I would have been out of a room. Will not return

Room was fine, the staff is very helpful and accommodating. Overall ambiance is not of a five star hotel. The Internet was so slow that it was unusable. We stayed for nights and I had to use my own device to connect to the Internet. I could not use the hotel Internet for my work conference calls.

The room was clean and cozy. However the beds were a little too firm for my liking. Wish they were a lot softer. But that's my preference. However the breakfast was very good and was one of the reasons why we chose it. The highway noise was a little bit much though however we understand there's not much they can do about that
