Very nice hotel, service to improve.

Very nice hotel , very nice bedroom clean and confortable. Hôtel is verrrrry nice and prepose activities. Restauration is chaotic. - expensive price for a breakfast with not exceptional buffet. - kitchen close at 20:10 that is a bit early. -23.5 an entrecôte it’s expensive especially without French fries and of this size. (BUT thanks to the chef that make the meat PERFECT :) ) - personal make you feel not welcome except the breakfast lady that is very nice and warm.

The Hotel is ok and in a quiet area. The restaurant is awful ! It was not full at all, we were waiting almost 20 minutes and nobody even asked us if we want to dring something ! So we went to another restaurant. - Very bad service / customer attention !

The employees were efficient and professional. The facilities were wonderful clean comfortable had extra pillows. I thought there was a spa that was available five minutes from the hotel I would’ve enjoyed using it was 25 minutes away. I had dinner in the restaurant twice please mention to the chef that yellow fin or blue fin tuna should be cooked to pink in the middle. They totally over cooked my meal on the first night. The second night when I brought my two cousins, the meal was perfection.

Koffiezetapparaat op de kamer was defect, wc niet goed schoongemaakt, overal kalk resten en we konden pas om 15:30 de kamer in ipv 15:00. Je zou dan toch tenminste een drankje tijdens het wachten verwachten, maar helaas. En als je er geen ontbijt bij boekt krijg je tot 4x toe een mail in het Engels of je het er niet toch bij wilt boeken

Prima hotel, maar zeer gehorig!!!

Op zich een prachtig hotel, prima personeel, fijne kamer / badkamer en goed bed. Voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid en vlak bij Uden. Maar....heeeeeel erg gehorig. Ik heb twee nachten wakker gelegen. De eerste nacht van kamers naast mij en de tweede nacht van een kamer boven mij. Je hoort iedere voetstap e.d. dus neem oordoppen mee als je rustig wilt slapen.

De kamer was op zich wel oké. De tweepersoonsmatras was erg slecht met hobbels en putten. Toen wij dit aangaven op de vraag van de receptie of ons verblijf naar wens was geweest, werd aangegeven dat de matrassen vernieuwd waren en slechts 3 weken oud. Wij hebben toen geantwoord dat dan mogelijk niet voor goede matrassen was gekozen. Dus conclusie: erg slecht geslapen. Het water in de badkamerwasbak liep erg langzaam weg. Tip voor de prullenbak in de badkamer: plaats een prullenbak met een voetpedaal, dat is meer hygiënisch dan deze met de hand te bedienen. Wat het restaurant betreft: aardige jongeman die na een poos wachten onze bestelling opnam. Op het moment dat wij aangaven te willen betalen, knikte hij en liep door. Vervolgens kwam er niemand. Jongedame die in de bediening langsliep aangeven dat wij wilden betalen. Zij gaf aan dat wij zelf naar de kassa moesten gaan. Geen enkel probleem natuurlijk, maar geef dat dan ergens aan! Hetzij bij de bediening of ergens op de tafel. De qr-code op de tafel werkte overigens niet. Om 23.00u waren wij terug in het hotel en wilden nog een drankje doen aan de bar. Het voltallige personeel zat op dat moment bijeen en nog volop drankjes te doen. Toen wij iets wilden bestellen gaf de medewerkster achter de bar aan dat de kassa reeds opgemaakt was. Het was dus niet meer mogelijk om een bestelling op te nemen. In het hele hotel staat niet aangegeven van hoe laat tot hoe laat de bar geopend is, de lunch is en het diner is. Jammer!!

Lift was op het moment van ons verblijf defect lastig zoals wij termen zijn. Na het inchecken was er geen enkele plaats in het restaurant om te dineren. Kamer heeft een afschuining van het dak waar ik 2 keer mijn hoofd heb gestoten en het bankje bevond zich op een onlogische plek Onder de afschuining waar je ook de TV niet zinvol kon bekijken.Kamer niet zoals afgebeeld op de Website en is ook niet vernoemd. Rekening van de accommodatie wijkt af van wat is van de creditcard is afgehaald. € 111,52 bij Fletcher door Hotel.com via creditcard 136,00 geïncasseerd WAT is HIER aan de Hand?

Palestra non pervenuta

Una stella per il servizio per la "Palestra". Avevo prenotato questo hotel anche per la presenza della PALESTRA (da me impostato come filtro), indicata su hotels.com tra i servizi disponibili. Peccato che non sia indicato da nessuna parte che l'hotel non offre questo servizio. Esiste sí una palestra al lato della struttura, ma físicamente e legalmente (alla reception mi hanno detto essere un'altra azienda) separata dall'hotel. E ovviamente questo servizio (la palestra, non l'hotel) lo offre a pagamento. Pubblicità ingannevole, questo servizio dovrebbe essere eliminato da Hotels.com.
