I came across a number of issues: 1) refrigerator is all frozen up with ice which made the fridge not cold 2) the shower head sitting broke and low, which I had to hold the shower head all the time while showering 3) outlet next to the right side head bed is not working 4) TV has a huge burn spot a size of a palm which makes watching TV very annoying.

Disappointed in the shower facility... had mold all along bottom of shower so couldn't use it due to my asthma issue... and the beds were not made well. They seem comfortable but not very appealing when you walk in the room. One thing I did love was how quiet it was for me to get rest. Very important.

I have mixed feelings because first when we got to the room, it's obvious the bathroom had no been cleaned because we found hair everywhere, in the tub and shower walls, the sink and even the toilet but I was too tired from the travel to ask for another room. The lady at the check in was super sweet so I cleaned the bathroom myself and sucked it up. The next morning there was a fabulous breakfast and food tasting coffee which wasn't watered down. So although I will not be returning if you do take rooms here inspect them before you unpack, especially the bathroom. They get a 3 star from me.

Plenty of free parking but poorly lit parking lot. Staff is always super friendly. Be prepared for plenty of steps to 2nd floor. Ask for 1sr floor if stairways are a difficulty. No elevators. Bed and pillows were nice and comfy. I'll stay there again. Well priced.

This property takes care of my needs very well. It is very convenient for me and the room is clean The breakfast leaves a lot!! Add yogurt!! The property as a whole could use some work. For example there was a dripping faucet in the bathroom.
