The room was modern and nice. The self service concept of having to call to have someone freshen up the room was very disappointing. When I did call for towels and bathroom products it was delivered, the old towels were left in the room. The "Holiday" hours for the restaurant during Christmas and New Years was also disappointing. Bar closed at 8 pm. There seemed to be a lack of employees and the attention to basic details that should have been for the price. On the positive side the restaurant had very good food. The bar area was very nice and had a fire place that was being used.

Nice lake view

Nice updated room with lake view, deck, refrigerator, microwave. Check in information was well communicated via email. There was a private event so we did not get to try the restaurant, but the Heidi Out Bar and Grill right down the road was excellent

Beautiful lake view from the balcony. Check in/out was a breeze. Room could have been a bit cleaner, but it was nice and comfortable. Would stay here again.
