Eagle Point is a quiet, welcoming town in Southern Oregon, just 15 minutes from Medford and about 1.5 hours from Crater Lake. Surrounded by natural beauty, it offers a peaceful, rural vibe with easy access to shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Home to the renowned Eagle Point Golf Club, it's perfect for golf lovers, nature seekers, and families alike. Enjoy scenic drives, historic sites, and the charm of small-town living—all close to everything you need.



Guests will have access to the gated property, hot tub, house and studio cottage.



Main House:
This newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath farmhouse blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Each master suite features a king bed, private half bath, and its own door leading to the backyard and wraparound deck. The Jack-and-Jill shower connects both suites with added privacy curtains. Enjoy a spacious kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances—large enough for the whole family—and a cozy waffle bar. Relax by the electric fireplace in the open living room with plenty of seating, or step outside to stargaze from the private hot tub, far from city lights. The fully gated property offers peace, privacy, and plenty of parking. Washer and dryer included for guest use.
The kitchen includes a Keurig, French press, air fryer, and Ninja blender. A bedside bassinet, play mat, and pack 'n play are also available in the closet.
Cottage:
Also included is a private studio cottage just steps from the main house and hot tub. The cottage features a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave, and counter space, plus a small electric fireplace for heat and window AC for warmer days. Western-themed and cozy, it’s perfect for added privacy within your group.

A car is recommended for this rural location. The home is just 10 minutes from Eagle Point, 25 minutes to Medford, and about 1 hour 15 minutes to Crater Lake National Park. There’s plenty of free parking on-site inside the gated property. Rogue Valley International Airport (MFR) is approximately 30 minutes away by car. Easy access to Highway 62 makes exploring the Rogue Valley a breeze.

***Please note: The main home features two master-style bedroom suites, each with its own private toilet and vanity area. The shower is a shared Jack-and-Jill style—accessible from both bathrooms—with a glass shower door on each side. For added privacy, we’ve installed shower curtains over both shower doors.
