I was not able to travel to Eagle Pass because of a family emergency so family needed a place to stay locally in San Antonio. I called to transfer my reservation to my hometown so family would have a place to stay. I was told I needed to speak to someone in Expedia. I called Expedia and was told that it was up to Hyatt and that they would send an email. I never received a reservation transfer or a credit since I paid for the insurance and had to pay for a different hotel for family to stay.
