The farmhouse offers four spacious bedrooms with two king and two queen beds, four bathrooms, a vaulted great room, additional loft living space and a private office. The kitchen and dining areas make gathering easy, with seating for eight at the dining table and plenty of room to accommodate a larger group. Outside, enjoy the privacy of two acres with mountain views, a country living setting and a covered front porch that's wonderful year-round. With no HOA and room to breathe, families can relax and enjoy the property without feeling like they're staying in a crowded resort community. The barn is also available by prior arrangement for larger gatherings or special occasions. When you're ready to head out, Eagle Ranch Village and Downtown Eagle are approximately a 7-minute drive, with restaurants, shops and amenities nearby. Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) is a short drive, and the skiing, dining and activities of Beaver Creek and Vail are easily accessible up the valley.
