No issues with the hotel. We always stay in the premier plus rooms. Fridge, hair dryer, good shower and comfy bed with blackout curtains. Check out at 12 which is great.

Consequent upon a delayed flight into Duesseldorf we arrived at the this hotel at 2am.The night reception were very helpful in the extreme. We were quickly accommodated in a comfortable room. The day staff were equally good just a few hours later Breakfast was very good

Rooms were generally comfortable and clean, communal areas were a bit grubby. Staff were helpful and polite throughout. Shop in reception is crazily overpriced, 4.25 for a 500 ml water when the nearby Lidl sells it for .70 for 1.5 litres.

Great location - tram right outside and 5 mins walk from main station and Little Tokyo. I'm sensitive to noise but rooms were very soundproof. Staff all very helpful. Only issue was the window was locked and had to get a member of staff to staff to open it, not ideal during a heatwave! Also kept getting an error message on the air con and it would make a noise like a bath filling up.

There is no shuttle at all, which was a disappointment overall. The staff at the hotel, however were extremely helpful and considerate. We thought that the hotel’s location was ideal and would most definitely recommend it for its breakfast, staff and location.
