Probably my 5th time staying at this hotel. Location is great. Less than 10 mins walk to the metro. Lots of restaurants around the hotel so finding food is not an issue. Hotel needs some refurbishment though. Rooms are dated. Carpet and bathroom js old and could do with some updating.

Nice staff and excellent welcome and glass of bubbly on arrival, nice and comprehensive breakfast options. Room was comfortable and roomy. Nice shower. One or two minor tired features in room but very minor. Our only disappointment was the bar was closed on Sunday and Monday? No idea why - so they lost some good business from a party of 5 staying. Hotel is a short walk from the main shopping and restaurant area of town. The Hotel though does sit on the edge of the Japanese area - so lot's of those kinds of eateries closer by.
