I spend around 100 days a year traveling and experience many different hotels. However, it is quite rare that I take the time to rate my stay afterward—especially if there is anything negative to say. In this case, though, the experience was so good that it truly deserves to be mentioned. Everyone deserves recognition, but one person in particular stood out—a young staff member who handled a challenging check-in situation, managed the bar, and gave directions all at the same time, and did so without any sign of stress. Thank you for your kind and cheerful attitude, Lena. Amano can only be proud to have you on their team. Overall, my very best recommendations

A hotel we’ve used many times previously due to its location to the station and 15 minute walk to all the shops/bars and Xmas market in December
