Der Service und die Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter war miserabel. Als wir angekommen sind nach einer langen Autofahrt und wir uns auf ein schönes Doppelzimmer mit einem Großen Bett freuten was wir bei Expedia gebucht haben erwartet uns ein Zimmer mit zwei Separaten Betten. Nach dem wir dies Reklamiert haben war der gute Mitarbeiter überfordert. Er hatte keine Übersicht welsche Zimmer Frei sind. Nach einer weile hat er uns ein Neues Zimmer gegeben was zu unserem erschrecken schon Besetzt war mit einem Anderem Gast. Nach über einer stunde Haben wir ein Freises Zimmer Bekommen. Hier war nun leider die Heizung defekt und es wurde sehr kalt. Der größte Schrecken kam dann am Nächsten morgen . Hier ging gegen 08:00 Uhr morgen auf einmal die Tür auf und es Stand ein Fremder Mann im Zimmer. Sowas geht überhaupt nicht. Es war für mich das Schlimmste Hotel in dem ich je war. Ich kann es keinem Empfehlen .

Small hotel with good location

I was on a short business trip, 3 nights. The stay at the hotel was fine. The service was good, although they did speak little english they tried their best and made themselves understandable. The breakfast buffey is small but ok. All tv stations dubbed and none in english, but that is to be expected in Germany.
