The rooms were comfortable and clean. Only disappointing thing was an additional $15 in order to get a continental breakfast which we opted not to do since we were heading to airport anyway and grabbed breakfast there. Would I stay again? ABSOLUTELY!

The room was disgustingly dirty - piles of dirt and sand on the rug, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The room smelled as if a dog had lived in there before we came. The mattresses and sheets were clean and the heating worked as expected. Staff was helpful when we ordered a taxi. Breakfast was ok, not too bad for the price paid.

The toilet smelt like a sewer, damp or rot I could not sleep until 5:30am due to exhaustion the smell was really bad, tried to call to change rooms as there was nobody there but I was offered 25pound coupon and to leave my room with my wife and 2 children. Terrible service.

Overnattede to nætter i forbindelse med koncert i PSD Bank Dome, det var så nemt. Brugte ingen faciliteter udover værelset, så kvaliteten af disse kan ikke vurderes. Vi var rundt i nærområdet den ene dag. En smule shopping og en tur i den skønne, nærliggende skov. Nemt at komme med offentlig transport til Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof mm.
