If you are looking for luxury at its peak, this is it. Grand Duka is an incredibly couple-friendly hotel with a beautiful, top-tier spa that feels like a peaceful sanctuary. A special shoutout to the kitchen team: we didn't head down for breakfast until 10:15 AM, but instead of the usual picked-over leftovers you get at other hotels, there was still a massive, fresh spread left for us. From the gorgeous room settings to the warm and helpful staff, everything was flawless. We loved our stay!

The hotel exceeded expectations. I loved how they provided a bathrobe, toothbrush, tooth paste, shower cap and etc. This is so rare in hotels nowadays. The food at Atrium restaurant was 10/10, still dreaming of the truffle pasta. Will definitely be coming back with my loved ones.

Boris was so sweet and helpful! He made our stay amazing and is so funny!! Without him I'm not sure I would give this place a high rating. I mean it is clean and pleasant but location wise nothing special and it's inside a shopping centre so anyone can get in the lift and could come to our floor, so not really safe. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend due to location only but a big thank you to Boris!!!
