A 45-square-meter apartment with a separate kitchen and bedroom, located on the second floor. The entrance opens onto the terrace, which is also furnished with outdoor furniture, perfect for spending time outside, smoking, or enjoying a drink in peace. <br>The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: dishes, a coffee maker, toaster, oven, and refrigerator, as well as an electric stove, blender, and a kettle for tea.<br>We also provide guests with coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper (and herbs), and water in the fridge for the first day of their stay. <br>We also provide a little welcome surprise for every stay.<br><br>In the bathroom, in addition to the washing machine, we provide laundry detergents—in powder and liquid form—as well as fabric softeners.<br>The welcome kit includes: shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion, and disposable toothbrushes in sealed packages. <br>There’s a first-aid kit with everything you need, as well as a sewing kit in case you need it.<br><br>The apartment is located in a residential area that is very quiet throughout the year. In the summer, however, it gets crowded.<br>It’s just a 5-minute walk from the boardwalk and 7 minutes from the beach. <br>The area is well-served by all kinds of amenities, shops, and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance.<br>The public transportation stop that takes you to the city center, other beaches, or Golem is just a 7-minute walk away.<br>The harbor is 2.5 km away, and the city center is 3.5 km away.<br><br>The beach features a pedestrian area where you can take morning or evening walks, or cross between different beaches without disturbing swimmers or sunbathers.
